Vonda Vaden Bates
CEO
Vonda heads up 10th Dot Transformations using its collaborative methodologies to advance all 10th Dot endeavors. She collaborates with clients, investors, partners, staff, and vendors in ways that exhibit the models and leads endeavors that bring the 10th Dot vision to life; "You at your best; your endeavors thriving."
For over 30 years Vonda's creative approach has influenced major market shifts in television, retail, banking, technology, education, and health care. She has been an executive and understands what it takes to lead in times of significant change.
Yogiraj Charles Bates
Founder
1942-2012
Yogiraj Charles created a lifetime of learning before his death in 2012. 10th Dot collaborations continue to be inspired by his extraordinary authorship of individual and organizational methodologies.
Yogiraj Charles presented a rare combination of services to humanity. He was a yogi-adept with 40 years of study and an executive with 45 years utilizing specialty training in Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Neuro-linguistic Programming and other organizational development methodologies.
Theodore Bates
As an HR Generalist and Regional Recruiter, Theodore worked with Chipotle as the company grew from 35 restaurants to over 500. He works with his father’s company, 10th Dot Transformations® as an Assistant Event Facilitator and for Marnita’s Table® as the Facilities & Catering Manager—where people are brought together across race, class and culture to ensure everyone has a voice and a seat at policy-making and resource-sharing tables. He also sits on the Community Advisory Board for the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
Theodore earned his B.A. in psychology and has continued his personal and professional development through such programs as SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), 10th Dot Transformations, Landmark Education, and The Ashram Project.
Valuing his roots, Theodore lives in the Twin Cities, where he appreciates having frequent involvement with family. He enjoys participating in the Twin Cities LGBTQ+ volleyball community, is a recent pickleball enthusiast, and is eager to achieve signing fluency through his studies in American Sign Language.
Nikki Silvestri
Nikki Silvestri is the Founder and CEO of Soil and Shadow, a coaching and consulting firm bringing social and environmental entrepreneurs more impact in their work and joy in their lives. Her career has taken Nikki from presenting at the White House and conducting negotiations with the Environmental Protection Agency to producing intimate workshops with local businesses and small retail organizing.
